Dr Yi-Lee Phang is a General Practitioner and Occupational Physician. He enjoys the full breadth of general practice, and believes that it is this breadth (together with the continuity) that is the mark of General Practice. Dr Yi-Lee enjoys minor procedures and dealing with occupational medicine. Dr Yi-Lee has been teaching GP Registrars for years, including several of the other GPs in the clinic.

When he’s not working at the clinic, he is an active member of the Australian Defence Force. Sometimes he even sees his family!

Dr James Crompton Occupational and Environmental Physician

Dr James Crompton is a specialist Occupational and Environmental Physician who has worked in industrial health for nearly fifteen years. As a specialist in occupational rehabilitation from all manner of injuries and illnesses in the workplace, he is interested in rehabilitating workers partciularly with acute knee and shoulder injuries, chronic pain syndromes and also in the overlap of psychological illness in the workplace.

Dr Crompton is also an examiner of pilots and air traffic controllers (a DAME) and qualified to perform rail safety medical examinations. He is available for occupational fitness-for-duty assessments, permanent disability assessments and as a qualified Medical Review Officer, assessments of complex dependence matters when drug and alcohol dependence overlap with safety in the workplace.

Dr Semira Mollica Occupational Physician

Dr Semira Mollica is an Occupational Medicine Registrar and Private Surgical Assistant. Dr Semira completed her medical degree at University of Notre Dame Sydney, and trained at Royal Melbourne Hospital.

Dr Nicole Sandy General Practitioner

Nicole completed her MBBS at James Cook University in North QLD. Since then she has worked variously throughout NSW before starting work as a GP registrar in Victoria. Nicole is interested in all aspects of general practice, including preventative management.

Dr Danielle Sabella General Practitioner

Dr Danielle Sabella has been working in health care for 15 years. She has broad experience from working across multiple Victorian hospitals, including Northern Health, the busiest hospital in the state. Dr Danielle has lived and worked in a variety of settings from rural NSW, Melbourne CBD to coastal Victoria. Her adaptability enables her to better understand the different needs of each individual in their own unique situation. She is a passionate advocate of inclusive, holistic health care and is engaged in listening to and working with her patients to ensure the best possible outcomes. 

Dr Danielle has specialty skills in skin cancer management, wound management and surgical procedures. She is also highly skilled in musculoskeletal injury diagnosis and rehabilitation from working in allied health before her career as a doctor.

Dr Peter Selwood General Practitioner

Peter is a General Practitioner and Occupational Medicine Doctor. Peter completed his internship and residency at Monash Health working in various fields of medicine, surgery, psychiatry, and emergency medicine. Following this Peter moved into General Practice becoming a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2023.

Currently, Peter primarily practices in Occupational Medicine and has a special interest in work related injuries, musculoskeletal injuries, pre-employment medicals, preventative health checks, immunisations, and travel medicine.

Dr Azadeh Karimi General Practitioner

Dr Karimi, a Melbourne-based GP, has been practicing medicine since 2009 with a strong background in skin cancer diagnosis and treatment from her tenure in QLD. Dr Karimi specialises in skin conditions, dermatology, anti-aging strategies, and aesthetic medicine, offering services to both adults and children for skin-related diseases, including wart treatment and mole surgery.

Dr Karimi speaks English, Kurdish, and Persian (Farsi).

Mirjana Djukic Physiotherapist

Mirjana Djukic is an experienced physiotherapist with a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellbeing goals. She believes in a holistic approach to physiotherapy care and uses a variety of techniques to assist in pain management including manual therapy, dry needling, myofascial cupping, and individually tailored exercise programs to help patients optimise their mobility, function and strength.
